HOW TO DRINK WATER …?
Water is the vital fluid! It is said that without water we survive only 10 days, because the human body is 70% water.
It is said that the moment we feel thirsty is even hunger, even the body is already dehydrated.
In order to combine the hunger, you need to drink water. I recommend you to drink enough water 30′ before you eat your meal, and at least 30′ after you end eating, for a proper digestion and nutrient uptake.
If you want to detox in the morning, dink two glasses of water at once.
